Crockpot Chicken Chili

Hello friends! Winter is coming! And we’re bound to have some chili weather coming our way (see what I did there? šŸ˜‰ ) Well, I was super lucky to find this recipe on Pinterest because it is so easy & delicious! Adam and make it ALL the time. Like seriously almost every other week…and it never gets old!

Here’s the site I pinned and followed.

Here are some things we use…Oh and the recipe calls for onions too but I hardly ever have them on hand. So add 1/2 an onion if you like that sort of thing.

Ok ready? What you’ll need…
1 can of kidney beans drained
1 can of blackbeans drained (which my phone wants to autocorrect to blackbeard…that would be awkward!)
1 can of corn drained
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
2 cans of diced tomatoes with chilies
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 Tbsp of cumin
1 Tbsp of chili powder

Mix all of that together. Put some chicken breasts on top. We’ve used frozen and thawed, both work well.

Cook on low for 10 hours or 6 on high. 1/2 hour before its done shred the chicken. And viola, an easy delicious meal!

Enjoy!
