Chicken & Broccoli Braid

When we had Lovebug, ladies from mom’s group brought us meals for 2 weeks! So today we could repay the favor for 2 moms. We decided to try this recipe because I could make it early and they can heat it later. And it was easy too!

You need:
2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped (I just used canned chicken)
1 cup broccoli chopped
1/2 cup of red peppers chopped
1clove garlic pressed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dill
1/8 tsp salt
2, 8 oz package of crescent rolls

1. Mix chicken, broccoli, and red peppers together in a big bowl.

2. Then add the garlic, cheese, mayo, dill, and salt. Mix altogether.
3. Spread the crescent rolls out onto a cookie sheet, so they’re all flat and put together.
4. Cut the edges about every 2 inches, about 3 inches in….this is to make the braid. I meant to take a picture but forgot. Then you pile on the filling in the middle. Pull up each strip you cut, twist and place on top of the mix, alternating to make the braid.

Badda Boom Badda Bing! 25-28 minutes later at 375 degrees you’re ready to eat!
